We work differently. All of our treatments fall in to a time category and each category has a set price.

How does your Concept work?
We offer unique flexibility. Because we sell time not treatments, we can offer all of the usual services that any other salon would, along with the opportunity for you to maximise your time by telling us your ideals and allowing us to suggest bespoke treatments. E.G a busy town centre client on lunch. Only has 1 hour and needs to allow time for travel. Ideally they would like a manicure and spray tan. We could offer a 40minute appointment to include file and polish and then spray tan. We will do our best to meet your needs.
What treatments can I have in the time I have?
Our website details the recommended time for each treatment that we offer. Some of the times are needed to complete a satisfactory treatment (e.g. hair removal); others can be tailored to suit your available time. We always recommend that you book the recommended time slot on the first appointment. Your therapist will then advise if more or less time is needed for future treatments.
As I’m buying time, what happens to leftover time if my treatment is finished early?
Many treatments will last for the specified time for example facials and massage. Others may finish early e.g. if a tint takes quickly or a leg wax is completed easily. In this instance any time in 5 minute blocks may be ‘banked’. We will keep a record of who has banked time. Only 5 minute blocks may be banked (or 10, 15 etc). Once you have 20 minutes or more banked then you may redeem your time for free!
